PLAYER: T.J. Smith

POSITION: QB

SCHOOL: Hollywood McArthur

CLASS: 2019

HEIGHT: 6-2

WEIGHT: 195

SCOUTING: Yet another prospect who is starting to get the attention he deserves.

From the beginning at South Plantation, to South Broward and now with a program that certainly has the talent to do some positive things, here is someone who has finally showcasing skills that he has had for quite some time.

While colleges have been watching, they would be wise to pay more attention to someone who is definitely going to bust out and be given a chance to show what he can do at the next level. When that happens, there will be a number of people who will be second guessing their initial decision.

Having been around the sport all of his young life, Smith passes all the checklists. He has the size and arm strength. He also understands about decision making - and with the help of quarterback coach and offensive coordinator Jacquay Nunnally - he has already started to elevate his standing, giving colleges another look at the many things he does.

In an area that has never been known as the epicenter for producing quarterbacks, athletes such as this young man have started to change that - as many will find out this season - his finale one at the high school level.
