On Will Mallory, “He can run. Man, can he run. Nobody can keep up with him. He ran 10.9 in the 100 meters. He’s 6’5 220. Everything we’ve asked him to do so far, he’s been able to do, and he’s excelled at.”

On Brevin Jordan, “Brevin is a special talent. His ability to run and catch, and his athleticism, all that stuff has shown up here at the first couple practices. Not to say he’s ready-made right now, we have a long ways to go… But he’s a special talent and special kid. He has a high football IQ, and I think that’s a credit to where he came from and the program that he came from.”

- Interview with Kim Bokamper, former Miami Dolphins linebacker

On player to focus on tonight, “I really want to see Raekwon McMillan. He’s coming back from the injury last year. He’s been practicing extremely well, and I want to see him get through a game. The Dolphins are counting on him as a 2nd round draft pick last year.”

- How long do you play the starters in Week 1 of preseason?
