PLAYER: Timothy Burns, Jr.

POSITION: DB

SCHOOL: Miami Northwestern

CLASS: 2021

HEIGHT: 5-10

WEIGHT: 155

SCOUTING: The one thing that you can almost bank on every year in south Florida is that there will always be top-flight defensive backs.

From as long as anyone can remember, the secondary has long been home to talented young men who have climbed the ladder from this region, to college and eventually competing at the pro level.

After seeing him play last year at Doral Academy as a freshman, there was no doubting that this was going to someone who will be able to do it all, and in the process, set the table for a successful future.

Teamed with other young prospects that the Bulls have, there is plenty of reason to be optimistic – with so many quality players – like Burns.

If you look back over time, the successful defensive backs are the ones who work the hardest and never back down from any level of competition. Burns is truly that guy!
