SCOUTING: Talk to anyone who plays this game in south Florida and all will tell you the same thing about Zay Flowers.

This is a quality prospect who can lineup at several positions on the field and do them all well. He is just that kind of athlete who will always do more than required. That has been the way he grew up.

Flowers is a “gamer” in every sense of the word. He wants the ball in crunch time – and it’s very important for him to win those tough matchups against elite players.

From Boston College to Nebraska, South Carolina, North Carolina State and Kansas State, they all want this young man – because they realize that he is the kind game changer that every program has.

As the Sharks get ready for a state semifinal on the road tonight in Cocoa, there are many players who continue to make an impact, but few can do it all over the field like Flowers, and at the end of the day, that is something that my give this program and advantage – away from home.
