PLAYER: Jaylan Knighton

SCHOOL: Deerfield Beach

CLASS: 2020

SCOUTING: While many is south Florida have heard all about this gifted young man, his name started to spread across the rest of the state – and throughout the Sooner State when he committed to attend the University of Oklahoma.

While Knighton may be a surprise to some, this quality runner has followed in the rather large footsteps of his father, Rodney, a one-time Miami Central and Louisville standout.

As a junior, he certainly backed up all the hype that the coaches had during the previous year.

This season, Knighton showed why he is indeed special for the Bucks – with several huge games during the course of the season.

On Thursday, this talented running back was part of the annual Under Armour Future 50 Camp & Combine, which attracts several former NFL players who coach the young underclassmen.

With the great Deion Sanders on hand, Knighton had the chance to do his thing against some of the elite – and he certainly did not disappoint.
